We are proud to announce the development of an all-new LiquidSpring® suspension system for the Toyota LandCruiser 79 Series, engineered specifically for the Australian market.
This is not a modified off-the-shelf solution. This is a complete suspension and chassis evolution, combining advanced hydraulic suspension technology with a fully re-engineered front and rear setup to deliver unmatched ride comfort, control, load handling, and durability for both on and off road.

What Is LiquidSpring®?
LiquidSpring is a world leader in advanced hydraulic suspension systems, originally developed for military, commercial, and heavy-duty applications where ride quality, stability, and reliability are critical.
Unlike conventional coil or leaf spring suspension, LiquidSpring replaces traditional springs and shocks with computer-controlled hydraulic rams at each corner, delivering real-time suspension adjustment based on vehicle load, terrain, and driving conditions.
Developed Specifically for the Australian 79 Series
To ensure this system met Australian conditions, regulations, and expectations, a Toyota LandCruiser 79 Series was sent to the United States for dedicated development and testing.
This system has been designed, engineered, and manufactured in the USA, then tailored specifically for:
• Australian touring conditions
• Heavy accessory and constant load vehicles
• Long-distance outback travel
• On-road comfort and off-road performance
• GVM upgrade compliance
This is a ground-up solution, not an adaptation.
Complete Suspension Transformation
The LiquidSpring 79 Series system is a full vehicle suspension conversion, including:
Rear Suspension
• Removal of factory leaf springs
• Removal of rear shock absorbers
• Conversion to a 4-link rear suspension system
• LiquidSpring hydraulic ram installed at each rear corner
Front Suspension
• Removal of factory coils
• Removal of front shock absorbers
• Upgrade to a stronger front differential
• Engineered 4-link front suspension
• LiquidSpring hydraulic ram installed at each front corner
This delivers balanced suspension geometry, improved articulation, superior ride control, and significantly enhanced load stability.
Tru-Earth® System – LiquidSpring Technology
This system includes LiquidSpring’s Tru-Earth® technology, a trademarked control system that actively manages suspension behaviour in real time.
Tru-Earth continuously adapts to:
• Vehicle speed

• Cornering forces
• Braking and acceleration
• Road and terrain conditions

Owner of Ec Offroad in Queensland, Cale has had his hand in bringing a range of suspension brands and products into the country to trial for the Australian market. After a few short trips to the states over the years, landing his name with the team at LiquidSpring, Cale has made a great partnership in teaming up with the LiquidSpring team in the United States to assist in growth and development of the products into Australia.
