How It Works.
A suspension system that doesn't just react to the road. It continuously adapts to it.
More than 20 years of engineering and innovation have contributed to LiquidSpring's intelligent suspension technology. Electronic control, hydraulic components and suspension hardware work together to continuously respond as the vehicle and driving conditions change.
The Intelligence Behind The Ride.
At the centre of LiquidSpring is an onboard microprocessor that continuously evaluates vehicle inputs and determines how the suspension should respond. Instead of operating with one fixed suspension characteristic, the system can adapt as the vehicle, load and driving conditions change.

Understand The Vehicle
LiquidSpring continuously monitors vehicle inputs to understand what the vehicle is doing and how driving conditions are changing.
Determine The Response
The onboard microprocessor evaluates the information and determines the suspension characteristics required for the current situation.
Adjust The Suspension
Hydraulic control allows the suspension to respond dynamically as vehicle movement, road conditions and operating requirements change.
Decisions Happening Every Second.
LiquidSpring's onboard microprocessor monitors vehicle inputs and adjusts suspension behaviour up to 1,000 times per second — allowing the system to continuously respond rather than relying on a single, fixed suspension setup.
Five Components. One Intelligent System.
LiquidSpring isn't one component working in isolation. Five key elements work together to monitor the vehicle, control hydraulic pressure, change suspension characteristics and give the driver additional control when required.
On-Board Microprocessor
The Brains Of The SystemThe on-board microprocessor connects with the Power Module and continuously monitors vehicle speed, steering, braking and ride height. It uses this information to determine how the suspension should respond, with monitoring and adjustment occurring up to 1,000 times per second.
Power Module
Powering The ResponseThe Power Module integrates key hydraulic and electronic components of the system, including the pump, motor, manifolds, control valves, filters, low-pressure reservoir and microprocessor. Together they manage the hydraulic operation required for the suspension to adapt.
Liquid-Based Strut
Where LiquidSpring Gets Its NameLiquidSpring's signature struts use fluid pressure to change the spring rate of the suspension. By controlling the hydraulic characteristics of the strut, the system can provide a softer or firmer suspension response depending on what the vehicle requires.
Rather than being limited to one fixed spring rate, LiquidSpring can alter suspension characteristics to suit changing vehicle and driving conditions.
Driver Interface
Control At Your FingertipsThe Driver Interface gives the driver direct access to the LiquidSpring system from the cockpit. Depending on the system and application, the interface can be used to manually control suspension height, adjust ride modes and assist with system troubleshooting.
5-Link Suspension
The Foundation Beneath It AllLiquidSpring's 5-Link Suspension uses a non-torque-reactive design engineered to maintain alignment while helping minimise noise and reduce vibration. It provides the mechanical foundation that allows the LiquidSpring system to control the vehicle.
The Technology Is Impressive. How It Works Together Is What Matters.
LiquidSpring combines electronic intelligence, hydraulic control and mechanical suspension architecture into one integrated system. Each component has a specific job — but they are designed to operate together continuously as vehicle and road conditions change.
